The Smith Family is an independent children's charity helping Australian children living in disadvantage to get the most out of their education, so they can create better futures for themselves. The Programs Facilitator delivers the suite of career and transition programs in both Primary and Secondary schools to students at dates and times approved by the Regional Programs Manager.
