Practice Facilitator - Northern Rivers

Social Futures is seeking an individual with a passion for learning and development and supporting staff in their practice development. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in developing, implementing and evaluating learning and development activities, including facilitating workshops, reflective practice, and group supervision, and developing online modules, and other resources and tools to support practice development.

As a Practice Facilitator you will be part of the Practice Excellence Team and will work collaboratively with your team, key stakeholders, and external training providers to address the learning and development priorities of the organisation. Your approach to learning and development is evidence-based and you have experience working in the community services industry. You have a solid understanding of culturally aware, trauma informed, child safe, person-centred support and reflective practice.

This position will give you the opportunity to think creatively, be proactive and find innovative solutions to the learning and development needs of a fast-growing organisation adapting to an ever changing climate of the community services industry.
