The Role

Reporting to the National Director, Fundraising & Partnerships, this is a varied role which will utilise your excellent organisational, administrative, event management and supporter relations skills. You will provide focused support to the National Director and the rest of the team for major or complex scheduling and administrative items.

Specifically you will:

• Coordinate schedules including complex or major appointments, meetings, travel arrangements etc
• Provide substantial support to manage team workload
• Ensure fundraising activities are underpinned by effective structures, systems and policies
• Provide support to fundraising events
• Donor liaison including preparation of background information for donor meetings

Skills Required

The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Coordinator or Administrator in a demanding and busy professional environment. A background supporting a sales, marketing or fundraising team would be advantageous.

Additionally you will have:

• Expertise in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with databases and other email campaign software
• Comfort with expense management and booking of travel etc
• Proven experience prioritising and managing competing deadlines
