Assistant CRM & Digital Specialist

Flexible/hybrid working arrangements (Part time 0.8 FTE/6-month contract)

Overview

This new role is ideal for someone wanting to kick off or build their career in digital marketing or make the shift from an IT support/analyst role.

Reporting to the CRM & Digital Solutions Manager you will be responsible for supporting and triaging Salesforce CRM support and change requests.

In addition, you will work with the CRM & Digital Solutions Manager to support the delivery of new digital projects and developments, whilst supporting Social Traders staff with their usage of Salesforce.

The Role

At a high level this role will require you to:

  • Utilise the Social Traders Salesforce support request triage process to prioritise and support the use of Salesforce throughout the organisation.
  • Work with the broader marketing team to enhance customer engagement and support the shift to automated emails.
  • Assist in designing and carrying out data cleansing initiatives.
  • Enhance existing guidance documentation to support Social Traders staff with the changing digital landscape.
  • Utilise the support and triage process to further enhance guidance documentation and reduce the number of daily support requests from staff and customers.
  • Deliver exceptional internal customer service in supporting digital solutions across Social Traders.
  • Use Salesforce and Power BI reports to create a customer data cleansing routine and track progress over time

About you

  • You have a degree or above in Computer Science, Digital Commerce or IT/digital related discipline.
  • You have demonstrated experience in IT solutions.
  • You have a demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, are digital savvy and passionate about technology.
  • You have excellent interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills to engage and influence a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders at different levels within the business.
  • You have the ability to work both independently and within a team to high standards of operational delivery.
  • You have a “can do” attitude and a passion to learn new digital platforms.
