Soldier On is seeking an enthusiastic and driven People and Culture Manager to join our high performing Corporate Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for a multi-skilled professional to take on the challenge of a newly created role at Soldier On. This is a new role due to extensive current and anticipated growth of Soldier On across Australia.

This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and would play a key role in ensuring our people practices align with best practice HR frameworks.

What we are looking for:

Ideally you would have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with tertiary qualifications in HR or a relevant discipline. You will have experience working at senior/executive levels in a similar role where you have demonstrated your business acumen, a strong understanding of the not-for-profit sector and working within government funding requirements. You will be experienced working at a strategic level in a multi-faceted role, where your analytical and problem-solving skills have driven organisational improvement through systems, policies, procedures and internal controls.
