Sonder is the lead agency for headspace Adelaide, Edinburgh North, Marion and Onkaparinga.

Position:

Continuing Care Team (CCT) Clinician

Working Location: Position located at our headspace Adelaide office

Status: Part-time to full-time (0.8 FTE - 1.0 FTE), fixed-term position

The CCT Clinicians are part of the Continuing Care Team within the headspace Adelaide Early Psychosis Program. The Continuing Care Team provide a service specialising in the delivery of phase appropriate mental health care to young people who are at risk of or are experiencing a first episode of psychosis.

The CCT Clinician is responsible for the delivery of intensive, long term case management (two years plus) and psychological interventions to young people referred to the service and working collaboratively with the Mobile Assessment and Treatment (MATT) and Functional Recovery (FRT) Teams within the Early Psychosis program as well as headspace Adelaide services holistically.

The successful applicant will hold an approved tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline, including social work, psychology, clinical psychology, mental health nursing, and occupational therapy. Eligibility for membership of an appropriate professional body. Social workers are required to be eligible for full membership with AASW. Psychologists, mental health nurses, and occupational therapists are required to have full registration with AHPRA.
