We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic professionals to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary and growing team to play a crucial role in the delivery of employment services and related functions.

The Employment Specialist will implement the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) program at headspace Onkaparinga. As an Employment Specialist working in the IPS program your overall function is to assist young people (up to 25 years old) who volunteer for the program to find and retain competitive employment.

You will possess demonstrated skills and understanding in engagement, care coordination or significant expertise in employment services, vocational rehabilitation and career development.

You will have knowledge of the employment services sector and extensive knowledge of social impacts on young people and unemployment.
