  • Position: Mental Health and AOD Project Officer
  • Status: Full-time (37.5 hours per week) Fixed term until 30 June 2022 with the likelihood of extension
  • Working Location: Position available to be based in our Sonder Edinburgh North Centre with the expectation to travel and co-locate across all Sonder sites as required.

Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic, multi-disciplinary and growing mental health team to play a crucial role in ensure the delivery of integrated mental health services.

The successful candidate will possess experience in a health care service coupled with knowledge primary health care concepts and strategies, particularly in relation to the health and wellbeing needs of people with a mental health concern and recovery-oriented practice.

This role has a significant focus on data and performance monitoring, consumer engagement and driving continuous quality improvement across the mental health portfolio. An eye for detail with demonstrated experience in extracting statistics and conducting data analysis to identify trends and targets is essential.

The right person for this role be will someone who has a flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to build positive relationships along with being a dedicated team player.
