Digital Content Manager

We are looking for a Content Manager to join our tight-knit Member Engagement team. You will source and publish timely and relevant safety and wellbeing information to help our members engage with the services Sonder provides. You will also work on client-facing content and resources, ensuring these are inputted and maintained in a timely and efficient manner.

In this role you will:

  • Source and write content to support new app features
  • Write content for our help centre
  • Structure digital content so that it can be repurposed for multiple uses
  • Manage various publishing platforms to distribute content to members across email, push messaging, in-app notifications and any other relevant channels
  • Collaborate with our Product Marketing manager on opportunities to amplify content across social channels

What do you bring?

We would love to find a team player, who has a real eye for detail. We are looking for someone with excellent written communication skills who has experience publishing short- and long-form content for a variety of audiences. They should have a flexible attitude working with multidisciplinary teams, often on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficient editorial skills including the ability to source and analyse information and exercise reliable judgement.
  • At least 12 months experience in digital content publishing, content marketing or service journalism.
  • Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail.
  • If you have worked in start-ups or with mobile apps this would be highly advantageous
  • A background in health & wellbeing, news or current affairs publishing would also be very advantageous
  • Data-driven mindset to inform decision making and improve results.
  • Familiarity with using tools like Google Maps and satellite imagery for geolocation purposes would be beneficial
  • Working knowledge of Braze, Intercom and modern ‘headless’ CMS tools such as Contentstack / Contentful, or the confidence to learn these platforms
