Residential and outreach youth work, case management and case work, crisis intervention, implementation of behaviour management strategies.

ESSENTIAL

Competency in positive interpersonal relationships; Proven and competent written, verbal, administration skills: demonstrated commitment to high ethical practice; Proven experience working with young people/families; Degree or Diploma (part way through or willingness to obtain depending on Service/Position) in youth work, community services or other relevant field.

Driver’s licence, own transport, telephone; Available for shift work.

CONDITIONS

Dependent on position, experience and qualifications, full-time staff range $64,482.00 – $80,020.00 plus on-costs and penalties, generous salary packaging with income taxation savings through FBT exempt arrangements. Casual range $40.68 - $46.93 an hour. Career opportunities.
