The Head of People, Culture and Safety (PC&S) is a pivotal role in the creation of an organisational environment that enables staff at all levels in Spectrum to play their part in meeting the needs of the communities it serves and partners it works with. The foundations are in place and there is much still to be done to ensure that the PC&S function supports Spectrum’s current business operations and strategic ambition.
