We are looking for a motivated Research Coordinator Assistant to join on a permanent, full-time basis, although we may consider 0.8 FTE arrangement. Reporting to the Research Coordinator & Internal Auditor, you will provide support and assistance with submitting proposals, internal audits and building relationships with internal stakeholder. We are seeking an individual who has strong administration skills and use their attention to detail, time management and communication skills to deliver quality outcomes in this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide support and assistance to the Research Coordinator and Internal Auditor
  • Maintaining the company’s CRM
  • Assisting with the formatting and submissions of proposals
  • Assist with internal audits by collating information for review by the Research Coordination and Internal Auditor
  • Providing business development information, as requested, to internal stakeholders

Key Selection Criteria

  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to deal with a varied client base of research professionals
  • Well-rounded computer skills in using the Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Demonstrated administration skills gained in a complex environment
  • Demonstrated documentation management and production experience
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • A team player with a strong work ethic
  • Previous research experience will be highly regarded
