The ParentsNext Facilitator is responsible for a caseload of participants who have been referred onto the ParentsNext contract to engage with participants to attain with career objectives for sustainable employment and/or training or educational opportunities. This will be achieved through job focused activities, individual and group training and support, and customised interventions.
The ParentsNext Facilitator will also be involved in approaching businesses for prospective employment opportunities for participants, promoting participants to employers, building relationships with employers, introducing participants to employers, assisting participants to prepare for interviews, job trials, or similarly related activities; as well as following up with employers and external stakeholders once participants are placed into employment or education and creating ongoing relationships.
You will thrive on a challenge and have the ability to motivate and engage with our participants. As a ParentsNext Facilitator, you will have a highly empowering style with the ability to build effective professional relationships with participants, community organisations and other stakeholders including Government departments.
