Our St John NSW Youth Program aims to build confident, capable, resilient young people who make a real difference in our community, providing young people with lifesaving skills, team work, leadership and communication skills that set them up for life whilst providing them with an avenue to give back to their communities through volunteering.
Here at St John, we’re passionate about our Youth programs and the value these programs deliver to our Youth and our Community. Our Youth Programs Lead role will see you support, lead, nurture and evolve our programs on a day to day basis, from curriculum development and implementation, project management, administrative support with a focus on providing consistency across Divisions to continually meet social impact outcomes for the ongoing success of our programs. You will be integral in partnering with Volunteer Leaders, Corporate Staff, Cadets and their families being an Advocate for Youth championing a Child Safety focus at all times. You will be a trusted and reliable source for proactively sharing knowledge and up to date information, tools and resources, to assist in equipping our Leaders with how to best integrate, provide continual learning, guide and enable our young people to be involved with a variety of key initiatives across the organisation.
