Role Overview:

This is a newly created position within the Stride Marketing team that will lead the development of marketing initiatives at local community level to support engagement with clients and stakeholders.

Will be instrumental in ensuring the achievement of Stride’s marketing objectives, and as the primary liaison point between the Marketing team and the Service Delivery teams.

The main brand ambassador that will oversee the execution of localised campaigns within the brand guidelines.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:-

  • Generate and execute service or geography specific campaigns aimed at lead generation
  • Coordinate workshops with services nationally to gather insights and local intelligence
  • Oversee, monitor and report on campaign effectiveness for lead generation
  • Campaign planning, optimising budget expenditure, basic copy writing, interrogation of stakeholder feedback, strategic decision making and effective tactical implementation
  • Plan and schedule Stride's event calendar, including Stride led events, conferences and trade shows

Requirements:

  • Tertiary level education in Marketing, Communications or similar
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in consumer marketing including digital and offline
  • Demonstrated experience in the development, management and implementation of marketing strategies and plans and collateral to achieve targets
  • Demonstrated analysis and reporting experience
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation through integrated campaigns.
  • Exposure to CRM such as Salesforce, social media platforms and management tools
  • Well organised, excellent time management and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
