St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria (Vinnies Victoria) provides assistance to people across Victoria whose daily struggles can include putting food on the table, paying essential utilities and ensuring their children remain at school to obtain an education.
Our services include: soup vans, education programs, home visitation and retail shops. VincentCare, our subsidiary, provides a range of services and programs for people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and disadvantage, such as crisis accommodation, drug and alcohol dependency programs, and work and training opportunities for people living with a disability.

We are seeking an experienced People Services Administrator who will join Vinnies Victoria at an exciting time as we continually improve our HR processes. This is a fast-paced role which will suit someone who is looking to expand their HR career and acquire new skills.
You will have recently completed your degree in Human Resources or a related field, and are looking to develop or expand on your practical experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment and HR services. You enjoy working autonomously and as a part of a cohesive team unit and understand the learning opportunity this dynamic provides. You understand that being successful in life requires people skills, dedication, self-reflection and you are open to the fact that you may not know everything just yet. With a strong customer service orientation, you are justifiably proud of your responsive, approachable and solutions-focused nature and will utilise these attributes to ensure your success.
