This is a unique opportunity to provide operational support and resourcing for the Soup Van Program across Victoria.
As the Soup Van Team Leader you will be responsible for leading and supporting our dedicated Soup Van team to deliver incredible services across Victoria. This will include the creation and implementation of systems in line with the mission, vision and values of the organisation, including volunteer recruitment, workforce planning, safety, budgeting, and policy development.
Also crucial to the success of the program will be your ability to positively and professionally engage with our corporate donors and media representatives to generate strong connections and relationships to expand their involvement beyond a one off connection.
You will be enthusiastic, highly organised, detail orientated and driven by a commitment to developing teams to achieve delivery of services to a high standard. You will bring a "hands on" approach and be a proactive operator who thrives on delivering outstanding work.

These include soup vans, education programs, home visitation programs and VincentCare Victoria, which provides a range of services and programs for people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and disadvantage. They also provide crisis accommodation, drug and alcohol dependency programs, and housing.
