This role is part of the Matthew Talbot Homeless Service Newcastle team that provides support to homeless men and men with children across the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie Local Government Areas. They do this through undertaking assertive outreach which includes visiting parks, streets, services and homes.
The Case Worker will provide case work support to people accessing services at MTHS Newcastle. The role is responsible for:
