Your new role:

The CRM Platform Manager, reporting to the CIO, will develop cloud-ready applications based on open standards, network development, monitoring, and cybersecurity. Understand the strategic and competitive position of Vinnies and deliver Platform Services & CRM products/features that are recognised as both innovative and best in class.

Your responsibilities:

  • Closely working with vendors to understand business needs, to develop technology strategy, and propose solution options including advice on design, implementation, tools, scalability, system performance, dependencies.
  • Leading project lifecycles including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, and testing.
  • Providing expert advice on CRM platforms, project delivery, IIS Administration.
  • Application development using ASP.NET Framework, C#, JavaScript and MS SQL Server.
  • Developing cloud-ready applications based on open standards, network development and monitoring and cybersecurity.
  • Managing projects integration with digital, mobile and CMS platforms.
  • Create strong partnerships with vendors, and manage vendor quality assurance
  • Relationship management, tracking, troubleshooting, and reporting of all Dynamics CRM related commitments.
  • Providing technical support, identifying gaps, strategic impacts, financial impacts and the risk profile in the technical solutions.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification/s in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in ICT project delivery.
  • Demonstrated expert knowledge of CRM Platforms.
  • Substantial Dynamics CRM Technical Team lead and development experience.
  • Dynamics CRM certification.
  • Proven Team management and leadership experience.
  • Substantial experience in application development using ASP.NET Framework, C#, JavaScript, and MS SQL Server.
  • Experience with IIS Administration, SSRS and SSIS.
  • Substantial experience managing vendor quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and customer-oriented approach
  • Technical proficiency - developing cloud-ready applications based on open standards, network development, monitoring and cybersecurity.
