The St Vincent de Paul Society is a leading provider of community support services, whose mission it is to shape a more just and compassionate society.
The Team Leader - North Coast Settlement Services will manage a small team of staff and volunteers to address the settlement needs of eligible clients to improve social participation, economic well-being, independence, personal well-being and community connectedness.
You will have a good insight and understanding of issues facing migrants and refugees during settlement and be flexible and person-centred in your approach. Your communication and rapport-building skills will be essential in this role, where you will be managing stakeholder relationships to deliver the best possible outcomes for the people we serve.
This role will report to Regional Manager, Disability and Inclusion.
