Your new role:

The Retail & Logistics Project Coordinator will support the development and delivery of a broad range of Retail and Logistics projects. All projects align with the Retail and Logistics Strategy with the aim to diversify and increase income generation, promote sustainability and improve processes across the business. Your expert knowledge and experience in project management and business and financial acumen will be critical for your success in this role.

Your responsibilities:

  • In consultation with the Retail and Logistics Leadership Team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of the Retail and Logistics Strategy
  • Support the Retail and Logistics Projects and Operations Manager and the Change and Development Manager with the delivery of retail and logistics projects
  • Coordinate all project-related activities including determining project scope, timeframes, financials, outcomes; arranging meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop tools to measure and report on outcomes of the projects
  • Support the Retail & Logistics Project Operations Manager across a range of activities and business processes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience and skills in business and/or project management
  • Sound understanding of current issues facing the second-hand retail enterprise, not for profit industry
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and financial acumen to promote business and revenue growth
  • High level skills in preparing reports, including collection, collation and analysis of data associated with projects
  • Proven skills in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
