Your new role:

An unmissable opportunity to showcase your proven operational and people management skills. As Regional Retail Manager, you will lead 8 Area Managers and provide key direction for the continuous growth of 87 Vinnies shops within the Metropolitan region.

For the Vinnies retail network to thrive and be competitive in an evolving market, important key focus will be strategic business development, change management and workforce planning.

Your responsibilities:

  • Effectively lead the Metro NSW retail network towards achieving their key performance goals
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to ensure growth, profitability and efficiency
  • Support volunteer management programs that are critical to retail operation

To be successful, you will need:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification/s in business, management and/or retail and demonstrated significant experience working in the management of large retail outlet/s.
  • Demonstrated ability in successfully leading retail operations and an understanding of supply chain and distribution.
  • Exceptional people management skills including leading, motivating, coaching and developing teams.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in volunteer management practices to ensure optimum numbers of volunteers are recruited, inducted and engaged.
  • Demonstrated ability to review and analyse business data and analytics to enable effective reporting and decision-making on operational performance.
