Full-time Retail Area Manager roles will oversee the growth of the retail network in Wollongong LGA, Campbelltown LGA & Southern Highland LGA, each area has about 6 -8 stores. Your focus will be to capitalise on merchandising and sales, to get the best value from donations. Utilise your keen eye and knowledge of fashion trends, training staff on correct pricing and identifying customer needs.
Your extensive retail management skills and strong leadership capabilities will ensure success for your team in achieving their performance goals.
