Your new role

Retail Sales Assistant Vinnies Nowra offers a wide range of quality pre-loved fashion and collectibles. A part-time position is currently available, to work 20 hours per week on a roster. You will have a hands-on approach with a variety of tasks including providing excellent customer service and contributing to sales and team goals. Your love for women's fashion, keen interest to learn and positive work attitude will help you succeed in this role.

The Sales Assistant will:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with Vinnies policies and procedures
  • Replenish stock on the sales floor
  • Use your creative flair in assisting with visual merchandising
  • Sort and price items according to Vinnies pricing guidelines
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets of the store.

Full COVID 19 vaccination is required for this role in compliance with NSW Public Health Order.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility and availability to work on roster including weekends
  • Flexibility to work in other locations as needed
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Energetic drive to support the team in achieving sales targets
  • Understanding of fashion and trends
