Your new role

Join Vinnies as one of its retail leaders. Store Manager roles to fill in multiple flagship stores including: Caringbah 2229, Kingsford, Mosman, Rozelle 2039, and Waverley 2024. These stores have great variety of knickknack and other vintage gems to offer its valued customers.

As Store Manager, you will provide all-round management of store operations. Your strong leadership skills, great visual merchandising and customer service expertise will be key elements to building a high performing team and store. You will drive to maintain the store's position as a popular place for vintage lovers and increase its sales performance.

In your new role, you will:

  • Supervise and motivate team towards achieving and exceeding financial targets
  • Manage all aspects of operations including sorting of donations, correct pricing according to Vinnies standards, monitoring of stock levels, compliance with WHS procedures, etc.
  • Ensure the team is able to provide maximum positive experience for all customers
  • Oversee sales transactions to ensure these comply with policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement effective visual merchandising strategies.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in managing retail stores, preferably fashion, and/or high volume retail
  • Strong focus on customer experience
  • Proven people management skills or Experience in managing people, training and coaching
  • Proven ability to track store sales performance and drive team towards meeting sales targets
