  • $81,494 to $95,000 for 1.0 FTE subject to experience
  • Hybrid work from home and office
  • Location can be in either Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide or Perth


We are currently recruiting for a passionate, driven and energetic allied health and/or clinician to join us as a Clinical Reporting Coordinator in an ongoing full- or part-time (0.9 FTE) role.

There will be extensive liaison with people with disability, allied health workers, families and support coordinators to ensure that the best possible outcomes are achieved for our applicants and SDA providers. You will be agile and bring a high degree of existing expertise in report writing and a practical approach to problem solving.

​​If you were in this role last week, you would have:

  • Written reports outlining our applicants’ housing and support needs
  • Worked collaboratively with your teammates to determine the likely SDA eligibility of our applicants
  • Reviewed evidence for SDA applications and given constructive feedback to allied health professionals and support coordinators
  • Contacted people with disability and their supporters to ascertain the progress of their SDA journey


  • Mentor SDA evidence from support coordinators, occupational therapists and other allied health professionals to ensure the evidence reflects the applicant’s housing and support needs and preferences
  • Development of applicant summary reports for TMS customers to make a decision about an offer of tenancy
  • Supporting applicants through the SDA application and appeals process, including the internal and external appeals processes Peer review of summary reports prepared by other Reporting Coordinators
  • Keeping knowledge up to date in response to sector changes relating to SDA as well as the NDIS more broadly. Provision of presentations and workshops to internal staff as well as key stakeholders about SDA as well as sector updates


  • Allied health or disability relevant qualifications
  • Previous experience in the health or disability sector working with people with complex needs
  • Experience in writing, reviewing and analysing clinical reports to demonstrate supports required (desired)
  • Experience supporting clients to navigate complex systems
  • Knowledge of the NDIS, SDA housing environment (desired)
