The Summer Foundation’s aim is to resolve the issue of younger people living in Nursing Homes. Our Mission is to create, lead and demonstrate long-term sustainable change that stops young people from being forced to live in nursing homes because there is nowhere else for them.

The Housing Hub Team - a group of dynamic, passionate and like minded people - was created to assist people with disability to see the possibilities for a home for themselves, have options to choose from and find the home that is right for them.

The Role

We are currently looking for a digitally savvy, data-driven, creative digital marketing coordinator with hands-on technical experience in executingSEO, PPC and social media tactics as well as monitoring and reporting. The right candidate will enjoy working within a high performing group, put team success before individual, be resilient and vigorous in their effort!

About You

This role will work closely with the Engagement Manager to implement a Digital Marketing Strategy to drive our online presence through social media channels and our website as well as our marketing campaigns. You will need to demonstrate the perfect blend of creative communications with technical skills to create relevant and engaging content that drives awareness about Housing Hub. You will understand the latest trends allowing you to analyse and identify opportunities for improvement.

The right person will need to enjoy working across the team to deliver marketing campaigns and content development. Other tasks include developing and implementing strategies around SEO and increasing site visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the social media content calendar
  • Maintain the YouTube channel
  • Improve performance in key areas including reach, engagement, conversion and advocacy
  • Drive participation from the community to increase awareness about the Housing Hub
  • Work with the Marketing Coordinator to develop visual content required for posts
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic to the Housing Hub website
  • Manage the AdWords accounts and campaigns
  • Implement SEO strategies
  • Implement paid social media campaigns
  • Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop and manage content for the Housing Hub in collaboration with the Engagement Manager, Product Manager, Communications Manager and Marketing Coordinator

Skills

  • Advanced understanding of marketing to digital audiences
  • Advanced understand of managing and monitoring digital engagement pathways
  • Advanced understanding of social media metrics
  • Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Hootsuite (or another social media scheduling tool)
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps for Business
  • Experience in using content management systems and digital marketing platforms
