We are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer, whose role will be processing Sunnyfield's payroll in an accurate and timely manner. This is a full time role under supportive management in a growing organisation.

About the role

  • End to end processing of Sunnyfield's payroll
  • Updating and maintaining payroll records
  • Reconciliation and payment of superannuation contributions
  • Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations
  • Liaising with staff managing payroll related enquiries
  • Interpreting awards/ agreements and contracts

About you

  • Minimum 2 years' payroll experience
  • Experience using Chris 21 preferred
  • Experience interpreting awards and agreements preferred
  • Intermediate user of Excel with demonstrated experience of data analysis
  • Attention to detail and data analysis skills
  • Problem solving ability and strong analytical and numeracy skills
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work to a deadline

Successful candidates will be required to be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 inclusive of booster and to clear all state-based probity checks, including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
