About the Role

Practice Support Facilitator role reports to the Manager - Quality and Safeguards within the Practice, Quality and Safety team. This role is responsible for contributing to the implementation of consistent practice across our client services businesses with particular focus on ensuring our operating procedures and systems are effectively embedded together.

Responsibilities

  • Support our client services businesses to develop and/or monitor the implementation of our operational procedures across all Unisson client services sites to enhance consistency and meet our requirements under the NDIS Practice Standards.
  • Participate in the internal audit programme, completing audits and the associated reports in line with the audit schedule.
  • Participate in the development and review of client services policies and procedures and tools in collaboration with key stakeholders that support a streamlined and consistent approach to service delivery across the organisation.
  • Assist in the completion of routine and adhoc reports by the Practice, Quality and Safety Team for provision to the Executive Leadership Team, the Governance and Risk Subcommittee and the Board.

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • Recent operational management experience - minimum 5 years.
  • Recent experience in the disability sector minimum 5 years.
  • Sound knowledge of the NDIS practice standards and quality indicators.
  • Tertiary qualifications highly regarded.
