If you’re looking for flexibility and autonomy, this is the role for you! Hourly pay rate is $60-$85 per hour plus 25% casual loading, dependent on experience.

About Sustainable Therapy

Sustainable Therapy offers occupational therapy and therapy assistance to children, adolescents, and adults with a range of physical and psychosocial disabilities. We have a holistic approach to health and are client-centred, working with families and support networks to ensure we are making a real, long-lasting difference. We are LGBTQIA+ friendly and passionate about doing our part to protect the environment. We plant 5 trees for every hour billed and donate to a chosen not-for-profit at any one time. We are currently donating to Bob Brown Foundation. Sustainable Therapy is a small business wanting to make a big difference.

About You

You are an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist interested in working with adults with physical disabilities. You have experience or an interest in assistive technologies and home modifications within the NDIS-sector. You have a willingness to learn and share your ideas. You can work autonomously but also happy to attend and participate in weekly team meetings. You have excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.

Essential Criteria:

  • AHPRA registration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent report-writing skills
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Willingness to work remotely
  • Driver’s licence and own car
  • Experience or interest in working in NDIS sector
  • Experience or interest in assistive technologies
  • Experience or interest in home modifications
