The position

The SVA Consulting team is looking for an Analyst. Managed and supported by senior members of the team, Analysts work on client projects as part of a broader project team. While no two client projects are the same, Analysts are typically responsible for a stream of work, which may require research, data modelling and analysis, and developing presentations or a report to communicate their findings. For context, a typical project lasts between three to six months and you will typically work on multiple projects at a time.

Who you are

If you are driven by excellence, self-motivated and have the ability to ensure key tasks and requirements are taken through to completion, then you should consider applying! With some (minimum 2 years) recent experience working in a problem-solving role, either in a strategy consulting firm or related context (i.e. law, finance, business, government), you will have an understanding of, and passion for, working on society's most important challenges. Previous experience in research, data modelling and analysis, building presentations and report writing will see you be successful in the role of Analyst.

The Analyst position provide exposure to challenging and rewarding opportunities across the social sector working on society's most important challenges. It also allows you the opportunity to work with an experienced team of non-profit consultants, continuing to developing your “consulting tool kit” of problems solving, clear communication, and development of fit-for-purpose client deliverables.
You will work within a growing and highly committed team with wide-ranging experience across the social sector. You will forge close relationships with inspiring clients, sector leaders, colleagues and stakeholders, which provides a great foundation for professional growth and development.
