About the Role

Working as part of the Executive team you will be responsible for the strategic leadership and delivery of the Society’s Conference Support and Youth and Young Adults Programs.

Bringing your energy and drive to the role along with your strong partnership building and service delivery focus which includes providing key support to our members who deliver valued services across our region.

Leading specialist teams you will be responsible for the delivery of a broad range of support services to conferences (Vinnies groups) and members including Helpline, Emergency Relief and Disaster Recovery Programs/Services.

You will also lead the Youth & Young Adults Programs which include St Nick’s, St Joe’s, ANU Conference, Migrant and Refugee Schools Program and School Engagement (Primary, Secondary and Tertiary).

About You

To be successful in this role you will be known as a community builder with a strong service delivery focus, managing multiple programs/outcomes and working collaboratively with stakeholder groups with a diverse range of needs.

You will be a natural communicator who enjoys engaging with people and can strategically lead the delivery of community/customer-based services.

You will see this role as more than just a job, bringing your proven senior leadership skills and proven ability to build community/ customer engagement and support the capacity building of the Society to enable the delivery of critical services and support.

You will have a demonstrated commitment to the values and goals of the Society along with your ability to lead and inspire high performing teams.

Relevant academic qualifications will be highly regarded.
