ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Working closely with the in-house creative team you will be developing, planning and scheduling exclusive social media and digital content such as video content, GIFs, static, photos, etc.
  • Maintaining a unified brand voice while managing digital community engagement across all of the clients social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Youtube) as well as customer service
  • Assist with social media monitoring and reporting
  • Provide assistance with micro influencer collaboration
  • Help with copywriting for EDM, blog posts, social media, website and marketing materials
  • Researching and updating the team on trends in social media, global sustainability-related news and initiatives, and new relevant technologies.
  • Join in daily team huddles (WIPs)
  • Updating inventory and cash flow spreadsheets (training will be provided)

About YOU

This role would ideally suit a Marketing, PR or Communications graduate who has been working within the industry for 1-2 years and looking for their next challenge is an awesome, supportive, close-knit team, who has :

  • Passion and a genuine interest in sustainability, food waste and plastic pollution
  • The ability to multitask
  • The he ability to work in a close-knit team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in editing across Illustrator, Photoshop and Premier Pro software (or equivalent)
  • Experience in photography & videography
  • The ability to self-manage priorities and work under pressure
  • Demonstrated experience in managing Facebook and Instagram profiles
  • Demonstrated experience in managing community engagement for a brand, profile or business across Facebook and Instagram
  • Strong written communication and organisational skills

Skills and Experience:

  • Work experience (1-2 yrs.) in Marketing , PR or communication or a degree in any of the above disciplines will be considered advantages
  • Work experience in the sustainability/food/waste space will be considered advantages
  • Experience in editing using Illustrator, Photoshop and Premier Pro software or other relevant programs
  • Experience in photography & videography
  • Experience in managing Facebook and Instagram profiles
  • Experience managing community engagement for a brand across social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
  • Strong written communication and organisational skills
