Educational Leader

Swinburne Children's Centre

Swinburne Children’s Centre is a community based, for purpose organisation offering Early Childhood Education and Care services in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne for over 20 years.

With 120 employees across our four services and our head office in Croydon, we are committed to enabling our children to be the best versions of themselves, helping our families connect, operating as a successful business and keeping our workforce engaged and connected.

Our Lilydale service boasts a new, purpose-built centre currently operating with 7 rooms. Our Lilydale service strives to provide safe and stimulating environments where children will thrive and reach their full potential. We provide various learning opportunities including long- and short-term projects, based on children’s individual interests and abilities.

Swinburne Children’s Centre is a Child Safe organisation with zero tolerance for child abuse. The wellbeing and safety of all children is at the forefront of all that we do and every decision that we make.
