Right now, we’re seeking a Senior Manager Transformation Office who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. The Senior Manager Transformation Office plays a pivotal role in enabling the success of TACs strategic reform agenda. This role focuses on providing strategic and specialist guidance throughout the project and program lifecycle, specifically targeting transformational change aimed at achieving strategic goals.
The successful candidate will lead the refinement and adoption of TACs project management framework, ensuring that our portfolio of initiatives not only deliver operational excellence but also enhance the experience for clients, providers and employees whilst fostering a positive impact on the Victorian community.

Program and Portfolio Management Experience
Experience in leading a Portfolio Management Office, ensuring initiative dependencies, resourcing capacity, organisational change, and anticipated benefits are understood and effectively managed to support success. Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks and their adoption that facilitate the seamless delivery of programs aligned with organisational strategic priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement & Influence
Highly developed interpersonal skills are essential within this role, regularly interacting with internal and external stakeholders. The ability to influence, negotiate and maintain collaborative relationships is crucial for providing insights and ensuring project governance and assurance are achieved with transparency.
Leadership & Team Development
Leadership capabilities are crucial for this position. You will have the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams, driving initiatives that uplift organisational capabilities in project management practices. A commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and leading by example is key to creating a high performing workplace where all staff can grow and succeed.
