The Human Resource (HR) Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Human Resource manager to provide operational advice and support to management and staff on related policies, processes, procedures, and initiatives across the organisation.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for reviewing HR policies, operational processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant policies, and legislation. The HR Coordinator is also required to assist the HR Manager to develop new policies and procedures and create and implement work instructions as required.
The HR Coordinator is responsible to assist the HR Manger to manage and coordinate all recruitment and induction activities across Tangentyere Council and manage the recruitment process, including managing the process in the Tangentyere Council Staff Data Base (Employment Hero)
The HR Coordinator is responsible to manage Tangentyere Council Staff Data Base (Employment Hero), monitor and report on compliance, provide staff support and training for the use of the database and create probation reviews as required. The Coordinator is also required to support managers and staff to implement strategies to address non-compliance.
The HR Coordinator is required to provide support and/or advice to the Quality Assurance Officer with quality assurance across Human Resource Division and Work Health and Safety Coordinator, as required.
The HR Coordinator is responsible for the front of office operations and will manage front office staff.
