TaskForce has been providing drug treatment services since 1973. Core services focus on addressing social issues of drug related problems, unemployment, mental health and risk taking behaviours, supporting young people, adults and families to transition back into “mainstream” services and supports. In 2021, TaskForce was excited to add the Reset Life Program to the suite of services offered to clients ready to take the next step in their addiction recovery. This is an intensively supported and structured outpatient program for adults, based on the Matrix model.
ResetLife is a structured, manualised intensive outpatient program for adults aged 18 years and above and provides individual and group treatment 3 days per week, and the opportunity to attend informal supports (specifically SMART Recovery and 12-step programs) on other days.

We are now seeking an experienced Clinician to join our adult ResetLife team as a Primary Therapist. Our Primary Therapist provides a range of treatment interventions including Assessment, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and psycho-education via individual and group facilitation treatment modalities. Applicants will require a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the delivery of clinical interventions (CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, etc) with individuals experiencing complex alcohol and other drug use.
