Support the execution of our marketing strategy and help us improve our digital platforms. This fast-paced role will see you supporting our Brand, Marketing & Communication team while delivering the best-in-class client communication and assisting with the implementation of marketing automation team to increase both client acquisition and client retention rates.

This is a fixed-term contract as maternity leave cover for 12 months at our National Office in Glebe, NSW.

Your New Role

This dynamic role will allow you to evolve your passion for digital marketing. You will drive, create, and execute digital marketing strategies and activities in line with the overall brand strategy. To achieve this, you would typically:

  • Manage The Benevolent Society website including an ongoing improvement plan to move the site from a static informational based site to providing utility.
  • Collaborate with operational teams and use data and analytics to understand and segment the audience to develop effective automated campaigns that engage consumers across the lifecycle to increase lead conversions and/ or client retention.
  • Manage the client newsletters and blog site including the assisting in running the Editorial committee, development of the articles, managing the approval process, updating the blog, managing the client EDM’s, including language versions.
  • Manage content on external platforms such as Google My Business, Apple Maps and other online directories Support internal teams who manage external websites including the Advocacy teams.

About You

To be successful in this role. you will have a relevant tertiary qualification and;

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar advertising and/or marketing role
  • Experience in Digital marketing
  • Highly developed written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills; competent at juggling workload
  • A proactive, can do approach
  • High competence in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital and web-based applications (e.g., Microsoft SharePoint)
  • Experience using automated marketing platforms and CRM (such as Salesforce, Pardot, Campaign Monitor)
