Your new role:

In your new role as the Executive Assistant you are responsible for ensuring smooth handling of support services for the Executive leadership team and the smooth administration at the corporate headquarters in Glebe, and providing functional leadership to the administration function across TBS. In addition, as the Executive Assistant you will also provide high-level support to the CEO and appointed members of the Executive Leadership Team.

About you:

As an experienced Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant, having worked in complex organisation, you understand the dynamics at the executive level and;

  • Pride yourself on ensuring the individuals you support are “ready to go”;
  • Work independently, complete tasks on time and effectively manage interruptions;
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to respectfully manage expectations with stakeholders;
  • Have appreciation of what is commercially sensitive information and how to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to encourage others to cooperate and respectfully manage expectations with stakeholders
  • Able to effectively assess and field requests for access to senior executives, determining when it is appropriate to enable access and when it is appropriate to redirect
  • 5+ years experience in similar role.
