A New Opportunity...

To contribute to the creation, design and implementation of a portfolio of projects focused on implementing evidence- based practice in frontline services. This will include embedding common practice frameworks, supervision approaches and a client safe organisation within our professional governance framework. A key aspect of the role will be embedding data driven decision making into our practice for deeper understanding and improvements in our work.

The Role…

  • Develop implement and regularly review a variety of practice frameworks
  • Develop the resources that sit within each project and program that will articulate best practice clinical care across TBS.
  • Be informed by best practice approaches in person centred practice knowledge translation and implementation science.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of competency requirements for staff to deliver quality, seamless service delivery.
  • Purposely analyse numerical data, verbal data and all other sources of information to drive practice improvement.
  • Promote and share best practice and service improvements across the organisation, participating in learning opportunities and practice workshops.

About You …

  • Tertiary qualifications in psychology, social work or other health related field, including registration with governing association where relevant.
  • Minimum 5 years practice experience in providing high level practice guidance, support and/or coaching,
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of evidence based clinical and practice frameworks that apply to the clients that interface with TBS.
  • Ability to translate research and sector developments into practice.
  • Strong project management experience and organisational skills alongside you clinical and practice knowledge.
