Your new role:

As our Rostering Officer, you will schedule our home support services. You will match staff availability and experience with client’s needs and preferences, make adjustments for absences and change requests in a timely manner to minimise travel time between appointments and service cancellation.

Terms: Ongoing full time position based in Hurstville, NSW.

What you need to succeed:

With a background in administration/ business support you will have:

  • Strong customer service focus including friendly phone manner
  • Experience with scheduling or rostering with the flexibility to accommodate changing needs
  • Ability to use technology based client management and documentation systems
  • Experience in ageing, disability or community care an advantage but not essential
