Our Resilient Families program delivers targeted, voluntary child protection services to families with children who are at high risk of entering or escalating within the statutory child protection system. The program aims to reduce risks and strengthen families to reduce the number of children entering Out of Home Care.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Worker, Psychologist, Case Worker or Case Manager to become a Senior Case Manager within our Family Preservation Program. You will be a part of a multi-disciplinary team of Social Workers, Case Managers and Psychologists with a supportive Management and Practice Leadership Unit to support you.
