About The Role

We are seeking a highly organised, practical and mature person to be responsible for 1. scheduling our installations, 2. purchasing of our materials and 3. managing our stock. This is a project management and coordination role and you must have experience in these key areas.

You will be an essential member of our team who is based in our office, and if you don’t already have trade experience you will be someone who has the ability to learn, over time, about the technical side of the role. You need to be a great communicator, easily follow instructions, solve problems and adapt to changing situations.

We feel this role would be most suited to a person with a trade background, who has previously been responsible for scheduling, purchasing and managing stock. However, this is primarily a project management role, and so this isn’t a prerequisite to have a technical background to be successful in this role. You will however need to be practical and have a keen interest in learning about the materials, and way we do our installs.

The role requires someone who has a high level of attention to detail, enjoys planning, is very organised, takes pride in their work, is extremely professional, can work independently, is at their best working as a member of a team, has a bright and positive attitude, is reliable, motivated and practical.

The right person will work together with our existing team of six office professionals, including very closely with the Director of TCK Solar who is an Industrial Engineer and our General Manager who is an Environmental Manager. We are looking for a person who can communicate with a wide range of people, is comfortable working with systems, will recommend improvements, is exceptional at managing their time and will work together with our existing office team to support our existing systems and processes.

Our office and warehouse are in Coburg North, Melbourne.
