Support Worker - Therapy Coordinator

Team Blake

I’m Blake: a young man with a cheeky sense of humour and an appetite for marshmallows. I spend time volunteering, exploring the world on walks or drives in the car, and chilling-out at home. I am a Christian with strong links to a local church.

I happen to have an intellectual impairment. I need support in day-to-day living, in communicating and interacting with others, and in participating as a valued member of wider community groups.

My support team is working to empower me to reach my goal of living in my own home like other men in their twenties. I am looking for a therapy coordinator to join my team. This person will help my team to build upon my achievements and develop new ones.

For this position, experience in the disability sector is not necessary. Instead, it is essential to have a willingness to work with disability and a mindset of growth. My family and support team will provide the training you will need.

Your passion can support my ongoing development.
