TeamHEALTH has provided outreach services, support and advocacy for Territorians with mental illness for over 30 years.

TeamHEALTH’s Community Housing Service provides safe, stable and affordable medium to long term independent living accommodation to members of the community that are working towards their mental health recovery.

The Service offers a range of properties that provide medium to long term housing options for participants who have the capacity to live independently and focuses on delivering best practice community housing, engaging participants to develop skills to maintain and retain suitable housing.

About the role

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Property Coordinator is responsible to provide leadership and day-to-day management for the end to end occupancy and property management services and solutions for TeamHEALTH housing properties.

The Property Coordinator will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the applicable policies and procedures relating to housing management (inclusive of Supported Shared Living Homes), property maintenance, rent collection, arrears management and rent reviews.

Possessing qualifications in Property Services the successful applicant will have demonstrated skills in tenancy and property management, a strong customer focus and be highly effective in their organisational and problem solving abilities.

This position is a full time, fixed term contract up to 14 February 2023.

The successful applicant will be required to have a current National Police Certificate, Working with Children Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, NT Driver’s Licence and completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module. In line with the NT Chief Health Officer Direction TeamHEALTH staff are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
