About the role

This Part Time or Full Time role is an integral member of our communication and campaigning team, with unique responsibility in ensuring that the diverse platform of Tearfund campaign invitations are delivered to achieve maximum impact.

Is this you? To be successful in this role, you will have;

  • Several years of experience in managing and delivering multiple marketing and communication campaigns and projects simultaneously, whilst displaying a sharp attention to detail
  • Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills with a proven track record of working collaboratively across a range of stakeholders towards common goals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to create and present reports - you are data driven and get a buzz out of measuring, monitoring and reporting on Google analytics, social media and email analytics.
  • Demonstrated understanding of audience needs and behaviours, preferably with knowledge and experience of the ‘for purpose’ sector.
  • A sound understanding of the Australian Christian landscape and ability to influence supporters to respond to global poverty and injustice in meaningful ways
  • Highly regarded: Tertiary qualifications in communication, marketing, or a related field.

Position Location: A mix of in office at Blackburn, Melbourne or remote, depending on business needs.
