About the role

This busy part time role (4 days per week) will play a critical role as a frontline representative of Tearfund. It offers lots of variety and the opportunity to use and grow valuable skills in customer support, administration, warehouse and office management, as well as volunteer coordination.

  • You’re emotionally intelligent; you can relate well to a range of people.

  • You’re super organised and adaptable; you love to serve but are also confident in managing your workflow and priorities.
  • You’re tech savvy; and competent with Microsoft and Google Suite. You pride yourself on generating quality work and maintaining data excellence.
  • You have an eagle eye for detail and can demonstrate it. You understand how the little things ultimately impact the big things and pride yourself on your accuracy, timeliness and customer service.
  • You have excellent communication skills and, administration experience and know how to support office operations.
  • You understand Tearfund; you love justice and desire to contribute your skills to our mission so that everyone can reach their God-given potential.
