What you’ll do:

  • Deliver appropriate individualised psychological therapy services
  • Conduct assessments, analyse results and report on findings
  • Demonstrate evidence-based practice in the delivery of programs
  • Work with young people and their families to refine goals and modify intervention
  • Review therapeutic progress
  • Achieve billable key performance indicators
  • Document client records

What you need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Psychology with full registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
  • Experience working with and providing psychological assessment and therapy to children and young people, including those with complex needs
  • Disability Worker Screening Clearance and National Police Check
  • Immediate eligibility as a Medicare provider
  • Well-developed communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Experience administering the Autism Diagnostic Scale – Second Edition (ADOS-2) highly regarded
  • Experience in telehealth desirable

Remuneration & Benefits:

  • Positions are classified under the Health Professionals and Support Services Award
  • Remuneration classification is based on skills and experience:
    • Health Professional (HP level 1) - Above award salary range from $74,120 to $80,305 pa plus 10% superannuation (pro-rata for part-time)
    • Health Professional (HP level 2) - Above award salary range from $83,561 to $91,439 pa plus 10% superannuation (pro-rata for part-time)
