Early Childhood Educator roles based in the Pilbara region of Western Australia

Thriving Futures is an early learning workforce development program focused to supporting educators and early learning Centres. Thriving futures provides support with recruiting, training and retaining a quality, sustainable workforce in remote and regional communities throughout Australia.

Thriving Futures works directly with Early Learning Centres in the Pilbara towns of Newman and Port Hedland; providing FREE supported training in early learning to all Educators and to people who are eager to start their career in the Early Years sector.

Essential Criteria

• Have a formal qualification in Early Childhood e.g., Cert III in Early Childhood Education & Care or/
• Evidence or experience of working with children with a view to gaining a formal qualification in Early Childhood Education & Care
• You are already residing in the town/region or are committed to moving to the region with a view to staying long term or permanently
• Have full working rights on a valid visa (this may be on your partners visa as part of their conditions)
• Over 16 years of age

What is on offer

Those employed through Thriving Futures will receive ongoing mentoring from our highly qualified mentors. You will have the opportunity to immerse themselves into meaningful employment while gaining confidence and real-world experience to develop their skill sets. Scholarships are also available to support candidates with a Certificate III to obtain their Diploma.
