The Waste Management and Resource Recovery Association of Australia (WMRR) provides a range of services to support members, including advocacy, conferences and networking events, high value information, learning and training.
Their membership covers the entire spectrum of the industry including landfill, recycling and resource recovery, energy from waste, e-waste, organics, construction and demolition, commercial and industrial, hazardous and biohazardous waste sectors, as well as remanufacturing and product development.
Reporting directly to the CEO the roles’ purpose is to support and manage all Board, Branch, and Division Processes, and lead research, analysis, and policy development for the Association.

This role will suit someone with a passion for waste management and resource recovery industry and a strong interest in the circular economy who wants to be part of leading change through providing great policy and informed advice to industry.
You will also resonate with being part facilitator of robust discussion, a natural collaborator and networker and someone who distils information quickly to arrive at an informed and well evidenced position.
